Senior Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

To shape the future of consumer technology, the full-time Senior Staff Product Designer will take ownership of design projects from concept to execution, working remotely in Canada or the US, and collaborating closely with product managers to deliver high-quality, AI-driven user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own design projects end to end, transforming vague prompts into shipped experiences
• Quickly prototype and deliver production-ready front-end designs while ensuring high quality
• Mentor team members and elevate design standards through critique and collaboration

Required qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with 2-3+ years at the Staff or Senior Staff level
• Proficiency in Figma, including auto layout, components, and design systems
• Experience building AI-integrated designs and familiarity with tools like Cursor and Claude Code
• Strong ability to communicate design processes and advocate for design decisions to stakeholders
• Deep understanding of user needs through qualitative and quantitative research
