Senior Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Product Manager for Apache Iceberg & Open Table Formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and execution for Apache Iceberg capabilities, including community engagement and product integration
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to align Iceberg strategy with broader lakehouse and open-data platform vision
• Define and track performance benchmarks for Iceberg-based operations and drive prioritization of product development

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience in data infrastructure or analytics
• Deep familiarity with Apache Iceberg or similar open table formats
• Experience in open-source community engagement and project leadership
• Strong technical knowledge of lakehouse architecture and related concepts
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across various functions
