Senior Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the product strategy for the ServiceNow SDK and Fluent APIs, the full-time Senior Staff Product Manager will drive the multi-year roadmap and evolution of developer tooling for agentic app development, operating in a flexible or remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for the ServiceNow SDK and Fluent APIs
• Define the evolution of the SDK from an authoring substrate to an operational one for AI agents
• Set product direction for AI-agent consumption of the SDK as a primary use case

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience, particularly with developer platforms, SDKs, or APIs at an enterprise scale
• Working fluency in TypeScript and hands-on experience with AI coding agents
• Experience with compiler, DSL, or static-analysis tooling, and understanding of build-time type checking
• Deep experience with developer-facing package ecosystems and CLI design
• Proven ability to navigate cross-business-unit governance and build executive-level strategic cases
