Senior Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Product Manager for Agentic User Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end user experience for agent-powered administrative capabilities
• Act as product owner for agent interaction models and workflows, ensuring integration with existing UI
• Lead collaboration across design, content, and engineering teams to prioritize and deliver high-quality experiences

Required Qualifications:

• 5-8+ years of product management experience with AI-powered or experience-led platforms
• Direct experience shipping agentic or conversational AI experiences
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles applied to AI systems
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex environments
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks or enterprise platforms
