Senior Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Product Manager for Agentic User Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end user experience for agent-powered capabilities specific to administrative tasks
• Lead collaboration across design, content, engineering, and core platform teams to prioritize and deliver cohesive experiences
• Define and track success metrics related to agent adoption, user confidence, and task completion

Required Qualifications:

• 5-8+ years of product management experience, specifically with AI-powered or experience-led platforms
• Direct experience in shipping agentic, conversational, or assistive AI experiences
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles applied to AI systems
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across design, content, and engineering
• Experience in complex, multi-product or platform environments
