Senior Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Product Manager for Apache Iceberg & Open Table Formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and execution for Iceberg capabilities, serving as the primary voice in the Apache Iceberg open-source ecosystem
• Lead cross-functional teams to prioritize and align Iceberg integration with the broader lakehouse platform vision
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap for Iceberg-related capabilities, driving performance improvements and competitive analysis

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience in data infrastructure or analytics
• Deep familiarity with Apache Iceberg or similar open table formats
• Experience in open-source community engagement and leadership
• Strong technical knowledge in lakehouse architecture and performance engineering
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively
