Senior Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the strategic roadmap for AI/ML lifecycles, the full-time remote Senior Staff Product Manager will architect the "AI Development Factory," focusing on model development, governance, and observability for enterprise-grade AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the roadmap for high-scale AI, including domain-specific models and orchestration platforms
• Integrate security protocols and governance to ensure compliance and control model behavior
• Build and scale observability layers for performance tracing and debugging of complex workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 12 years, Master's degree plus 8 years, or PhD plus 5 years in Product Management focused on AI/ML platform products
• Demonstrated experience in the AI/ML lifecycle, including model fine-tuning and data ingestion pipelines
• Experience implementing security protocols and compliance frameworks within AI or software development platforms
• Proven experience in building observability tools for distributed systems or ML models
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and managing large-scale data flows
