Senior Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving product planning and execution in the Sourcing & Procurement industry, the full-time Senior Staff Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative product solutions while working in a flexible or remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with engineering, design, and GTM teams to formulate product plans and execute on the product roadmap
• Leverage existing ServiceNow products to ensure efficient delivery and drive product adoption through customer feedback
• Lead the prototyping and ideation of new product features, focusing on user experiences that deliver value to customers

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise application product management experience, including at least 3 years in SaaS
• Experience in integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
• Strong understanding of source-to-pay (S2P) processes and familiarity with procurement personas
• Proven ability to influence across various teams without direct authority
• Demonstrated track record of defining roadmaps and shipping features that drive adoption and business outcomes
