Senior Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the strategy and roadmap for the AI inference layer, the full-time Senior Staff Product Manager will manage third-party model integration, optimize inference economics, and influence vendor partnerships in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the strategy for the AI inference layer across various deployment environments
• Manage the selection, integration, and performance of third-party and open-source AI models
• Shape inference economics and make strategic vendor and partnership decisions

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with a focus on agentic products
• Deep technical knowledge of inference technology, including model serving and GPU economics
• Understanding of data sovereignty requirements in regulated markets
• Experience in vendor partnerships and making build-vs-buy decisions
• Proven ability to work independently on complex, ambiguous problems
