Senior Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

A technology company is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager for their digital advertising platform consistent with their principles.

Position Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with software engineers, user experience professionals, researchers, data scientists, PMs, and other team members to define and articulate product experiences and services for advertisers and users
• Balance technical, customer, and business insight and collaborate with user research and data science to develop a strong understanding of pain points
• Define metrics to determine the success of products and programs and collaborate with product marketing managers to develop a GTM strategy for new capabilities

Required Qualifications:

• 6 or more years of direct product management experience, including impactful leadership roles on revenue impacting products
• Advertising experience and technically product manager oriented role
• Entrepreneurial spirited/self-starter with business sense
• Commitment to values like welcoming differences, being relationship-minded, practicing responsible participation, and having grit
• Experience starting products or organizations from scratch is a bonus
