Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Product Security Engineer to join their security leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the long-term product security strategy and roadmap
• Serve as the internal authority on application and product security, providing expert guidance
• Architect and evolve a best-in-class Product Security program, including threat modeling and secure development standards

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in product security or application security
• Proven track record of driving security programs at scale in complex environments
• Hands-on experience with the full AppSec toolchain and cloud security architecture
• Experience operating in regulated industries such as financial services or fintech
• Certifications such as OSCP, GWAPT, GPEN, or CISSP are a plus
