Senior Staff Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Reliability Engineer (Silicon & Package).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the reliable high performance/fine pitch interconnect and drive Chip-Package Interaction (CPI) analysis
• Architect reliability test vehicles and execute Silicon & Package qualification
• Direct complex Failure Analysis campaigns and lead technical engagements with Foundries and OSATs

Required Qualifications

• B.S. with 7+ years or M.S. with 5+ years of experience in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or Electrical Engineering
• Proven end-to-end ownership of electronic packaging reliability for AI/HPC applications
• Fundamental knowledge in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for thermal-mechanical stress modeling
• Deep familiarity with industry standards and experience defining qualification plans
• Understanding of silicon-level reliability mechanisms and their interaction with packaging stresses
