Senior Staff RFIC Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RFIC Senior Staff Engineer for a remote position on the East Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team in defining circuit-level specifications and developing module-level architecture for complex RFIC blocks
• Run simulations to evaluate circuit performance and collaborate with layout engineers for circuit layout and verification
• Review test plans and results, develop testing algorithms, and generate documentation for complex projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of RF/Analog circuit design experience or a Master's/PhD with relevant experience
• 2+ years of experience with CADENCE, Virtuoso, or ADS software
• 2+ years of product experience in conception, design, and commercialization
• Experience in transistor-level design of RF analog integrated circuits is preferred
• Experience in a technical leadership role is advantageous
