Senior Staff Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Scrum Master (Supply Chain).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Agile teams in overcoming obstacles and creating an effective working environment
• Manage multiple complex teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and Agile best practices
• Coach and mentor other Scrum Masters to enhance Agile maturity and promote continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Project Analyst with Agile processes
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex Agile teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a focus on developing Scrum Masters
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban
• Experience supporting the Release Train Engineer (RTE) function in large-scale Agile programs
