Senior Staff Software Developer

Job Summary

Leading the design and development of AI-powered applications, the full-time Senior Staff Software Developer will work remotely to drive technical strategy, influence cross-team initiatives, and contribute to scalable, customer-facing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with engineering teams to deliver complex work across platform modernization and new product initiatives
• Lead technical direction for large initiatives, designing systems that balance flexibility, scalability, and maintainability
• Build infrastructure that embeds AI into engineering workflows, creating tools that reduce manual effort through automation

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building and scaling enterprise software systems
• Experience leading technical strategy and architecture across teams
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI development
• Demonstrated proficiency in at least two delivery modes: platform modernization, iterative product evolution, or high-ambition greenfield development
• Strong background in distributed systems and platform architecture
