A company is looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer to join their Enterprise Architecture Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and develop innovative solutions for the business of insurance
Accelerate decision making and influence technical direction based on business strategy
Mentor software engineering teams, establish best practices, and provide guidance on technical approaches

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience creating enterprise software
Experience with modern web and cloud technologies
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Practical experience with React, C#, Go, and Kubernetes
Background working for startups and/or in research & development roles is a plus
