Senior Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Staff Software Engineer (Back-End/WordPress).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering Management to deliver software rapidly and iteratively
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teammates and other engineers
• Write, test, and maintain resilient software applications while improving operational efficiency through automation

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development using Agile practices
• Deep understanding of WordPress and its architecture
• Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, TypeScript, and adaptability to new programming languages
• Experience with cloud technologies and services such as GCP, AWS, and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with CI/CD, testing, and deployment pipelines
