Senior Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer, Protocol Developer Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement tools, frameworks, SDKs, and APIs to enhance protocol development velocity
• Drive the execution of the protocol developer experience roadmap in collaboration with Engineering Management and stakeholders
• Mentor other engineers while driving the technical vision and architecture for protocol developer tooling

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Golang and Ethereum developer tooling ecosystem
• Operational experience with Kubernetes and public cloud infrastructure (e.g., GCP, AWS)
• Prior experience in the Web3 space with exposure to protocol development
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with developers to create impactful developer tools
• Exhibits high agency, ownership, and pragmatism in a dynamic environment
