Senior Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer to lead technical strategy and execution across their engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver highly scalable, available, and fault-tolerant production applications
• Lead code/design reviews and manage the architecture design and product roadmap
• Mentor team members and participate in project planning and sprint activities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of software development experience, or 8 years with an advanced degree
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Exceptional programming skills in an object-oriented language such as Java or C#
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like React and Angular, as well as mobile application development
• Advanced experience in building and deploying applications using Kubernetes and Cloud Native Infrastructure
