Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Lead | Senior Staff Software Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of large-scale data mining solutions
• Shape long-term architectural direction and engineering best practices
• Mentor engineers across teams and partner with product management to translate business requirements into technical plans

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience building complex distributed systems or large-scale backend platforms
• Strong experience with Java or Scala; additional experience with Python, Rust, or C# is a plus
• Deep expertise in data-intensive systems or real-time processing pipelines
• Experience reading and improving complex enterprise-grade code
• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
