Senior Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer to provide technical leadership and drive impactful changes across systems and teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and influence architecture and design decisions across multiple teams
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to translate product vision into scalable solutions and resolve complex dependencies
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of experience in developing complex software applications at a Staff or Senior Staff engineer level
• Advanced experience with .NET Framework / C# and/or PHP, and strong understanding of software architecture
• Proven experience designing and operating cloud-based solutions hosted on AWS
• Deep knowledge of security best practices and experience with relational databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Server
