Key Responsibilities

• Own the Onboarding & KYC platform end-to-end, integrating with adjacent products and services
• Architect and lead the modernization of legacy systems into a scalable, geo-specific architecture
• Set technical vision and standards, driving domain abstraction and expanding the onboarding foundation

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of backend engineering experience with a focus on mission-critical platforms
• Strong system design and coding ability, with experience in high-availability services
• Proven success in migrating legacy systems to modern architectures with minimal downtime
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, service boundaries, and operational rigor
• Experience mentoring senior engineers and leading cross-functional initiatives
