Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer, Ads Creative.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical vision for the creative platform, overseeing the full creative lifecycle
• Lead the design and launch of new ad formats while ensuring seamless integration across teams
• Provide technical leadership and mentor senior engineers, aligning teams around a cohesive roadmap

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including Staff or Principal level scope
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Experience building and scaling display, video, or interactive ad systems in a production environment
• Hands-on experience designing creative processing systems, including ingestion and performance optimization
• Strong experience in designing and operating large-scale distributed systems under strict reliability requirements
