Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer - Market Making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team to tackle complex challenges in market making software
• Collaborate with quantitative analysts and stakeholders to implement and run market making strategies
• Mentor team members and participate in code reviews, design discussions, and team planning

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience (7+ years relevant experience, or 5+ years with MS)
• At least one frontend specialization in native apps (Kotlin, Swift), web apps (React), or hybrid apps (React Native)
• Experience building or contributing to advanced shared libraries, design systems, or SDKs
• Understanding of modern architectures, design patterns, and platform nuances
• Familiarity with Agile environments and strong sense of ownership and urgency
