Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a modern release engineering system for reliable software delivery across various platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish scalable release workflows and standards
• Own and evolve build and release systems, ensuring performance, scalability, and artifact integrity

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software, platform, or release engineering with demonstrated leadership
• Proven experience in designing and operating CI/CD and build/release systems at scale
• Strong expertise in build systems and artifact management, particularly with Bazel or similar tools
• Experience with cloud-native systems, containers, and infrastructure as code
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives and define standards
