Job Summary

Senior Staff Software Engineer, responsible for overseeing the engineering lifecycle, focusing on back-end architecture, and mentoring junior engineers in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain product features using various programming languages and technologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and produce scalable software solutions
• Coach and mentor junior team members through code reviews and technical guidance

Required Qualifications

• BS or advanced degree in computer science or applicable experience
• 12-15 years of software development experience with server-side applications
• Expertise in a compiled language such as Go, Java, or Kotlin
• Proficiency with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
• Experience designing and implementing scalable APIs and understanding of design patterns
