Senior Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

Experienced in systems architecture and software development, the full-time Senior Staff Software Engineer will design, develop, and validate software systems while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating in Agile environments, with the flexibility for hybrid work arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement complex software systems, ensuring high-quality solutions through secure coding practices
• Conduct unit and integration testing, lead defect investigations, and manage code releases to production
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in technical design meetings to contribute to product solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 7 years of progressive experience in software systems architecture, analysis, and programming
• Proficiency in C#, .NET development, and Agile methodologies
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control using Bitbucket
• Strong background in conducting unit testing and integration testing
