Job Summary

Leading the Network Sourced AI squad, the full-time Senior Staff Software Engineer will be responsible for technical architecture, production readiness, and mentoring team members while working remotely to deliver reliable software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture of the NSAI squad, ensuring alignment across design, engineering, and deployment
• Drive production readiness through monitoring, error handling, and operational runbooks
• Establish and mentor engineering best practices, enhancing code quality and delivery to production

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on building and operating production systems
• Strong proficiency in Python, including FastAPI and Docker orchestration
• Experience with distributed systems and API design, particularly with interfaces for multiple teams
• Practical knowledge of retrieval pipelines and vector databases
• Demonstrated technical leadership in introducing engineering quality practices
