Job Summary

Leading large-scale technical initiatives, the full-time Senior Staff Software Engineer will manage complex projects across software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and networking in a remote environment, ensuring high-quality software development and operational reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-team technical initiatives from architecture and planning through implementation and delivery
• Mentor engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and collaborative problem solving
• Drive technical decision-making for systems spanning application, infrastructure, and cloud environments

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with a track record of leading complex projects
• Strong proficiency in software development across multiple languages and paradigms
• Solid understanding of network architecture, including routing, switching, and VPN protocols
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms
• Experience working with distributed systems and creating technical designs and architecture proposals
