Senior Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

Serving as the technical visionary and architect for the multi-agent harness platform, the full-time Senior Staff Software Engineer will define architectural patterns, lead system design, and transition AI capabilities into enterprise-grade pipelines, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the technical roadmap and architecture for the Access AI Platform, ensuring high availability and reliability
• Lead the design of advanced agent orchestration layers and sophisticated context/memory management
• Transition cutting-edge AI technologies from prototypes into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions within the identity access infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with proven technical leadership at a Staff or Senior Staff level
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in architectural design and deployment of GenAI technologies and multi-agent systems
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and Golang (or Java) with deep expertise in distributed systems and microservices architectures
• Strong understanding of Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience with enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) environments
