Senior Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

To ensure the smooth and secure transition of custom workflows and applications, the full-time Senior Staff Software Engineer will design and optimize execution engines and memory management systems while mentoring colleagues and promoting knowledge-sharing across teams in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimize execution engines, JIT/AOT compilation pipelines, and memory management systems for scalable application performance
• Build high-quality, scalable, and reusable code while enforcing best practices in software engineering architecture and processes
• Collaborate with product owners to gather requirements and manage the full software development lifecycle from design to delivery

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience with Java or similar object-oriented languages, including 5+ years in compiler or runtime systems
• Experience integrating AI into software development and workflows using AI-powered tools
• Strong background in compiler/runtime systems, including performance optimization and debugging
• Advanced knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles
• Passion for JavaScript and experience with modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue
