Senior Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the technical vision for mobile applications, the full-time Senior Staff Software Engineer will drive architectural alignment and develop next-generation iOS frameworks while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year technical vision for the iOS platform, establishing architecture principles and engineering standards
• Lead the design of mobile frameworks and systems that serve field technicians, focusing on longevity and resilience
• Collaborate with executives across product, design, and data to shape long-range roadmaps and ensure strategic business outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience
• 12+ years of mobile application development experience with a specialization in iOS
• Expert-level mastery of Swift and experience in defining architecture for large-scale mobile platforms
• Strong hands-on experience with GraphQL and defining scalable data access patterns
• Deep command of The Composable Architecture (TCA) and experience with shared state patterns and performance optimization
