To drive innovation in identity security, the full-time remote Senior Staff Software Engineer will architect, build, and operate production-grade agentic AI systems, focusing on autonomous agents that enhance enterprise data security at scale.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement multi-agent systems for reliable production operations
- Develop enterprise-grounded reasoning capabilities leveraging Access Graph and risk data
- Establish safety and governance guardrails for autonomous systems deployment
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems
- Proven experience in designing and operating agentic systems in production environments
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with systems languages such as Go, Java, or C++
