Senior Staff Software Engineer
Job Summary
Providing technical leadership for Access Review, the full-time Senior Staff Software Engineer will drive the architecture and development of scalable, reliable, and secure solutions for enterprise access governance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own and drive the technical direction and architecture of the Access Review product area
- Lead the design and development of backend services and APIs supporting Access Review and related IAM capabilities
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to backend software engineers, guiding architectural decisions and engineering best practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of proven experience in backend software development, particularly in identity and access management
- Strong proficiency in backend programming languages such as Golang or Java and experience with RESTful APIs and microservices
- Demonstrated experience in driving architecture and technical design for complex backend systems
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform and familiarity with cloud IAM concepts
