Senior Staff Software Engineer
Job Summary
Designing and operating high-throughput, low-latency services, the full-time Senior Staff Software Engineer will enhance the performance and scalability of ad-serving infrastructure while collaborating with machine learning engineers in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and operate services that handle bid requests and respond to ad exchanges in real time
- Improve system performance and reliability for processing millions of requests per second
- Develop GPU-powered inference services and optimize end-to-end inference pipelines
Required qualifications:
- Strong core Computer Science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, system architecture)
- 10+ years of industry experience
- M.S. or higher in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience)
- Experience with Go is a plus
