Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and integration of innovative machine learning techniques in Firefox
• Define use cases and develop methodology & benchmarks to evaluate different approaches
• Implement robust validation and testing procedures to ensure the developed models' generalizability and reliability

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years experience as a Software Engineer
• Solid knowledge of core web technologies
• Demonstrated prior experience with large language models, and generative AI
• Ability to influence roadmaps and execution in the teams you and your team partner with
• Passion for responsible AI, transparent algorithms, and putting users' needs first
