Job Summary
To drive innovation and enhance technical capabilities, the full-time Senior Staff Specialist - Automation will oversee the design and execution of technical projects related to discovery, launch, and automation, while collaborating with various departments to align initiatives with organizational goals, and ensuring operational readiness.
Key responsibilities
- Map the design and direction of technical projects in launch/discovery and automation, enforcing technical standards
- Collaborate with departments to ensure alignment of technical initiatives with organizational goals and drive operational throughput
- Develop and maintain an operations health check dashboard to monitor launch and operational progress
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related quantitative field
- Five years of experience in Software Engineering, Program Analysis, or a related occupation
- Proficiency in programming languages and technologies such as Python, Java, JavaScript, and Angular
- Experience with database management systems including MySQL and MongoDB
- Familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Google Cloud Products
