Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Structural Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structural analysis efforts for UAV airframes and critical components
• Define and execute finite element modeling approaches and perform various analyses
• Mentor structural analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet structural requirements

Required Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
• 12+ years of experience in structural analysis and aerospace systems
• Expertise with FEA tools (ANSYS, NASTRAN, HyperWorks, or similar)
• Experience with composite and lightweight aerospace structures
• Ability to lead complex technical workstreams and influence design decisions
