Senior Staff Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff GTM Systems Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical foundation of the Salesforce platform architecture, standards, and developer tooling
• Lead complex implementations across GTM systems including CPQ and lead-to-cash processes
• Set and enforce engineering standards to enable parallel development without regression

Required Qualifications

• Software engineering background with hands-on experience in Salesforce development
• Experience owning complex Salesforce environments and implementing CPQ end-to-end
• Experience in pre-IPO companies and navigating growth challenges
• Strong opinions on developer tooling, CI/CD, and Salesforce organization management
• Proficiency in a general-purpose programming language and strong SQL skills
