Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in Silicon Valley/Bay Area or global tech hubs
• Deep understanding of the North American tech landscape
• Expertise in talent analytics and advanced sourcing intelligence tools
• Direct experience scaling Fintech or Big Tech engineering teams during hyper-growth
• English proficiency is mandatory
