Senior Staff Technical Delivery Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing engineering organization, the full-time Senior Staff Technical Delivery Manager will serve as the primary operational partner to the VP of Engineering for Platform, AI, and Infrastructure, focusing on strategic program execution, risk management, and effective communication across technical and business stakeholders in a remote-eligible role.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain an organization-wide view of initiatives, priorities, and delivery risks, serving as the VP of Engineering's primary operational partner
• Lead execution on high-priority programs, including infrastructure investments and AI development cycles, ensuring coordination across teams
• Identify and escalate blockers and dependencies, providing clear recommendations to mitigate delivery risks

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years in technical program management, software engineering, or a related field with a track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile delivery models
• Technical acumen at a systems level, with the ability to understand complex software architectures and their business implications
• Proven ability to influence across engineering, product, and finance teams in high-stakes environments
• Experience with AI tooling and program management platforms to streamline operations
