Senior Staff Technical Delivery Manager

Job Summary

To support the Payments and Financial Services engineering team, the full-time Senior Staff Technical Delivery Manager will manage strategic operational initiatives, maintain oversight of delivery risks, and coordinate high-complexity programs while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a remote-eligible environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain an organization-wide view of initiatives, priorities, and delivery risks, acting as the primary operational partner to the VP of Engineering
• Lead execution on high-priority programs, ensuring coordination during peak delivery cycles and compliance-driven releases
• Identify and escalate blockers and dependencies, providing actionable recommendations to ensure timely delivery

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years in technical program management, software engineering, or a related field with a proven track record of leading complex programs
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience with agile and hybrid delivery models
• Technical acumen at a systems level, with the ability to understand software architecture and its business implications
• Demonstrated ability to influence across various teams, operating independently in high-stakes environments
• Experience with AI tooling and program management platforms to maintain operational efficiency
