Key Responsibilities

Deploy features and services by aligning deployment modules with customers and validating success
Monitor data quality dashboards to assess usage health post-launch and manage customer success
Engage with customers and engineers for quarterly reviews and support partner enablement activities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in technical program/product management
3+ years of customer-facing experience
1+ year of experience in Azure Cloud and AI services
1+ year of experience collaborating with early-stage startups
Ability to meet security screening requirements for the role
