Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Startup Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in deploying features and services, ensuring successful implementation
• Monitor data quality dashboards to assess usage health and manage customer success
• Engage with customers and partners to provide feedback and support product usage and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in technical program/product management, coding, or software development
• 3+ years of customer-facing experience
• 1+ year of experience with Azure Cloud and AI services and familiarity with open-source AI/ML frameworks
• 1+ year of experience collaborating with early-stage startups to understand their technical needs
• Ability to meet security screening requirements for the role
