Senior State Filing Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior State Filing Analyst who will create, analyze, and evaluate insurance policies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and apply state laws and regulations; draft policy forms and endorsements
• File products with states for approval and negotiate with regulators
• Review advertising materials for compliance and mentor new employees

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• Minimum of 5 years of industry/regulatory experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills are necessary
• Knowledge of annuity, life, health, and/or P&C products is preferred
