Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior State Licensed Insurance Fraud Investigator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed, timely, and objective investigations with minimal direction
  • Prepare investigative reports and collaborate with internal partners
  • Coach anti-fraud personnel and develop knowledge sharing within the team
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or related field, or Associate's degree with two years of insurance-related experience
  • 5-7 years of professional investigation experience in law enforcement or insurance claims
  • Skilled interviewer with strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively with managers
  • Ability to build relationships, understand business imperatives, and communicate effectively
  • Experience developing and maintaining policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines
