Senior Statistical Manager

Job Summary

Leading statistical analysis activities, the full-time Senior Statistical Manager will manage a team to design and conduct analyses for peri/post approval studies while collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing statistical expertise, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead a team of statistical analysts and programmers in conducting statistical analyses for peri/post approval studies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop statistical analysis plans and interpret study results
• Oversee the development and validation of statistical models and methodologies for analyzing clinical trial data

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in statistical analysis within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry
• Strong proficiency in statistical software such as SAS, R, or Python
• Expert knowledge of real world research and peri/post approval designs, statistical methodologies, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
