Senior Statistical Programmer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Statistical Programmer (RWE- Real World Evidence) to lead statistical analyses and guide junior analysts in observational research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of statistical analysis plans for large-scale RWE studies
• Oversee and mentor junior analysts, ensuring accuracy and quality in their work
• Establish strong relationships with clients, providing strategic insights based on data findings

Required Qualifications:

• 7-9 years of experience in RWD analytics, biostatistics, or epidemiology, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience managing complex observational research projects in the life sciences or healthcare sector
• Expertise in SAS programming and advanced proficiency in SQL, R, and Python
• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Data Science, or a related field
• Deep understanding of the US healthcare system and experience with large health databases
