Senior Statistician

Job Summary

To support healthcare workforce solutions, the full-time Senior Statistician will lead the development and deployment of statistical analyses, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage data processes, all while working remotely within the United States.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead statistical work that supports business outcomes, including analyzing Laudio and StaffGarden data
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for statistical insights and define project milestones
• Summarize and communicate statistical results for various teams, translating complex outputs into actionable insights

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience as a biostatistician or in similar roles, with a focus on healthcare data
• Strong working knowledge of R programming for data management and analysis
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience with multi-level modeling
• PhD in biostatistics, public health, informatics, or a related field
• Experience working with large health system data is preferred
