Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Stock Plan Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee long term equity plans, including grant and vest/lapse processes
  • Input equity activity accurately, provide customer service for employee inquiries, and develop process improvements
  • Support HR colleagues in equity matters, assist with reports and analytics, and ensure internal controls are in place

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, legal, or related discipline, or active CEP certification
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience
  • Experience with full cycle of equity transactions and company stock ownership
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, and Docusign
  • Ability to operate office equipment and participate in meetings
